# Terms of Service — Arvow for Wix

## 1. Acceptance
By installing or using the "AI SEO Writer & AutoBlogger" Wix app ("the App"), provided by Arvow ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't install or use the App.
## 2. What the App Does
The App runs inside your Wix dashboard and provides:
- Free tools (no account required): site SEO audits, URL inspection, SERP previews, social share card previews
- Powered by Arvow (requires a free Arvow account): AI article generation, scheduled autoblogging, and LLM visibility tracking
## 3. Account & Paid Features
- Free features work without any account.
- AI content generation and autoblogging require a free Arvow account at arvow.com and are subject to the [Arvow Terms of Service](https://arvow.com/terms) and Arvow's pricing and usage limits.
- Arvow account credentials (API key) are stored locally in your browser. You are responsible for keeping them confidential.
## 4. Your Content
- You retain ownership of all articles generated through the App.
- AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or unintended similarities to existing content. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and fact-checking all content before publishing.
- You are responsible for ensuring any content you publish complies with applicable laws, including copyright, trademark, and advertising regulations.
## 5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Generate illegal, defamatory, hateful, or deceptive content
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Create spam, mass-produced low-quality content, or black-hat SEO schemes
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass the App's security or rate limits
We may suspend access for violations.
## 6. Data
- The App stores your Arvow API key and site URL in your browser's local storage.
- When you use AI features, your prompts, keywords, and generated articles are transmitted to Arvow's servers for processing.
- Site inspection features fetch public HTML from URLs you enter. These requests may pass through third-party CORS proxies.

## 7. Availability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee uninterrupted operation. Third-party services the App depends on (CORS proxies, Arvow's API, Wix's dashboard SDK) may experience downtime.
## 8. Intellectual Property
The App, its code, design, and branding are owned by Arvow. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose while installed on a Wix site you control.
## 9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- AI-generated content is produced by automated systems and is not reviewed by humans before delivery. Arvow makes no warranty as to accuracy, fitness for purpose, or SEO outcomes.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arvow is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost rankings, or lost traffic.
- Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the fees you've paid to Arvow in the 12 months preceding the claim (or, if you're on a free plan, $100).
## 10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App or via email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
## 11. Termination
- You can uninstall the App at any time from your Wix dashboard. Uninstalling removes all locally stored settings.
- We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or the Arvow Terms of Service.
