Start with your small-business CRM page.
It's appearing in searches from potential buyers, but its average position is just outside the top ten.
| Page / query | Avg. position | Impressions |
|---|---|---|
| CRM for small businesses /small-business-crm | 11.4 | 8,200 |
| Sales pipeline software /sales-pipeline | 14.2 | 5,900 |
| CRM vs. spreadsheets /blog/crm-vs-spreadsheets | 9.6 | 3,100 |
Improve an existing opportunity first. Check whether this page helps a small business choose a CRM, before adding more top-of-funnel articles.
Answer the questions a buyer would ask.
- Is it right for a small team? Show the workflow, setup effort, and pricing clearly.
- Why switch from a spreadsheet? Show how the product prevents missed leads and forgotten follow-ups.
- Can relevant readers find it? Add natural links from your CRM comparison and sales guides.
A suggested review checklist, not a completed audit of the page.

Lead with control, not content volume.
Across the sources, the recurring concern is whether automation uses real data, keeps human review, and improves existing pages before publishing more.
| Search intent | Monthly searches | Use in guide |
|---|---|---|
| ai seo automation | 1,300 | Primary topic |
| automate seo tasks | 590 | Workflow section |
| ai seo workflow | 320 | Supporting section |
Build the guide around a controlled workflow. Search Console → opportunity → draft → review → publish.

Two product pages. One useful guide.

Each phrase relates to its destination. These are received links, not new placements requested through Chat.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this connected to my website?
Illustrative conversations with example data. No account is connected and no live actions are performed. Sign up to use Chat with your own project. Anything typed into this page stays in your browser and is not carried into your account.
Can I use it for client websites?
Open the client's project, then open Chat. Conversations and tools use the selected project's context. You can also connect the same Arvow tools to ChatGPT or Claude through Arvow's MCP connection.
What can Chat actually do?
Research keywords, competitors, and keyword gaps; read public webpages, YouTube videos, Reddit threads, and X posts you provide; review connected Search Console data; list received backlinks; and suggest internal links for your article text. When you ask, it can also create article batches, manage one-off AutoBlog items, and publish to a connected CMS. Recurring automations are set up in AutoBlog itself.
Will it change my website automatically?
Research and Search Console requests don't change your website. Chat can create or reschedule articles and publish to a connected CMS when you explicitly ask. AutoBlog items can generate only or generate and publish, so the selected mode matters. Chat can inspect a URL in Search Console, but doesn't submit URLs for indexing.
Do chat messages use credits?
Chatting itself is free. Some tools use credits, including SEO research, source scraping, internal-link analysis, and article generation. See the Chat guide for current tool costs.
